About things so meaningful and yet so little
About the lonely moon in a flurry of stars
About sitting there watching it for hours
The chilly radiance blowing with the breeze
The clouds playing hide and seek among the trees
The quiet murmur here the mysterious sound there
The dark night seems oh so fair
And it all makes me wonder
Where is the one for whom my heart does hunger
The one whose love is beyond measure
Who'd be my single greatest treasure
Who's sit with me watching the moon for hours
The moon won't look so lonely among the stars
Who'd talk to me about things so meaningful and yet so little
And listen to the song I so love to whistle
Hmm... This is alright... Not the best I've read but nice. I'll definitely have to show it to my friend Kris later on. In any case, keep practicing, I like it. =3

I'm also a short poem writer so ppl have diffrent tastes.
It was harsh? O_- How so? I read enough poetry, my friend takes the time to write a good deal of stuff, and I read it all. There are a couple poems that've stood out for me, and nearly nothing's compared quite to them, even her other stuff, though in any case, I tell pretty much everyone to practice, as practice will help everyone improve. I didn't mean to down your poem at all, and I meant the practice thing in an encouraging way. ^^'
Anyways, I like this one too... Maybe a bit more than the other one, I think. It has some nice meaning in it. ^_^ By the way, it's now decided that I want to read your stuff when you write it. :P
