Rose took a deep breath, knowing that whatever she did next would be her first action as a Pokemon Trainer-to-be. She wanted to make a good impression but was slightly overwhelmed and distracted by all the shiny machinery. Bright colors and metal objects in the same place! This is heaven! The fifteen-year-old girl was tempted to touch everything in sight, but she somehow managed to keep her hands in the pockets of her blue shorts. She also wore a black T-shirt depicting the logo of her favorite rock band. Out of pure unease, the girl pushed her brown glasses up against her nose. She also brushed her wavy brown hair behind her ears. Rose swallowed and spoke softly to the professor. "Hello. My name is Rose, and I was looking for a Pokemon...I had one in mind, but it's fine if you're all out or something. Um, if you have any male Totodiles...I'd like one of those." She avoided direct eye contact for more than a few seconds and had a very frightened expression on her slightly rounded face.
