I'm not sure why you'd say that's 16+. Of course, I can't read what they're saying, though. It looks blurrier in full screen to me.
With enough potions, I think just about any high level person could pwn like that. Not that I'd recommend to go pking people, because that tends to cause you to accumulate enemies pretty quickly. :XD:

Dark~ Both classes pwn pretty well. It depends on your build and this guy was 15-20 levels higher. This video also shows that Knights suck! *hides from Vash*.
Joan~ I said 16 because of the pic of the girl when he is going upstairs to the mob of people and the steel dragon thing.

Not a ton of good Youtube videos, but there are some that are pretty good. These two are my favorite and both give me inspiration to keep going on my Scout ^^.
