I cautiously stepped into my stormy surroundings, ready to get some good training done. I knew it would be dangerous, but that was the main thing drawing me to this place. I figured there would be many electric type pokémon here, so I released Carnivine, a grass type. "Hey, Carnivine, are you ready to train?"

"Carnivine," he replied, a determined and excited tone in his voice.

"Good. Now let's get moving." Allowing Carnivine to lead the way, I began to move through Pachi Venue.

(NUU! another one has come to ruin me!)

You walk along the path and run into a pikachu! It zaps you with thunder, a definite challenge.

Diving away from the Thunder, I quickly called out, "Carnivine, this is your battle now. Use Growth, followed by Vine Whip." I was excited to see how well Carnivine would perform in it's first battle.

Growth worked, and the pikachu used tackle, giving carnivine a close shot at pikachu, doing extra damage!
