Something I really loved about another site I was on, was that there was a forum you could post in that didn't increase yourpost count, and you could talk in it about your life, and it's like, stress relief without saying any names or exploding at your friends/peers/family.

It was a whole other forum. If you acted mature enough/were thirteen plus, they'd give you the password.
