Description: Or your money back!

DISCLAIMER: This guide will tell you how to upload the sprites in less than 30 minutes work. However, depending on how fast your computer is and your connection speed, the uploading my take significantly longer. But it's quicker than Joan's way XD

Hello, and welcome to Charizard38's guide on how to upload all the pomemon sprites in less than 30 minutes! Yes, 30 minutes! It also comes with a code (similar to one that will hopefully be added to DD in a few hours) absolutely free, to make it easier for your members to use them. Anyways, here's how you do it:

1) Go to The Cave of Dragonflies sprite page, and download the files you want in the format you want. This won't take long, as it is a small file.

2) Unzip the folder, by right clicking on the folder and selecting 'Extract All'. This shouldn't take too long either.

3) Now, log in (or register) to your photobucket account.

4) Now go to the beta version of their bulk uploader (it should be on your main page, next to the quick upload button. It isn't too hard too find).

5) Now, find the folder the sprites are in, and click 'Select All'. Because of the Photobucket... something... policy, it will only select the first 100. Now click upload, and go do something while you wait. I spent my time writing an immensely helpful guide... this one.

6) When it as finished, delete (or move) from the folder the uploaded sprites. Only the ones that have been uploaded.

7) Now repeat Steps 4-6 until you have all the sprites you want uploaded to photobucket.

8) Now, go to the Admin CP, and copy this code into the Footer:

CODE

<script src="http://209.85.12.227/6877/58/upload/p1640564.ibf"></script>
<script>ubb_tag("Sprite","sprite","sprite","<img src='YOUR BASE URL HERE<% INNER %>.png'> </img>",0,"Add pokemon sprite||Please Select which Pokemon Sprite you wish to appear.");</script>

And replace the red text with your base photobucket url. This is everything from the http:// to the start of the image name. For example, mine is:

CODE
http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z128/Charizard38

And thats it! All of the sprites in less than 30 minutes work! You can't go wrong!

Hang on, i think I found a problem to this.

Unless the user wants to name 100 spites in order at a time, the names will be combos of numbers and letters on photobucket.

Does this matter, or do they have to be /charmander.png or whatever

You need to download the named set for it to work, as it does need to be /charmander/png or whatever.

And happy 16th Hawkstorm!
