Has anyone else seen this episode? All I've seen is the Seizure Scene. Does anyone know where I can watch it? Most of the copies of this episode were destroyed.

wish I could help you though I do know the story of the episode and I think i saw the full thing but the only thing massively recorded is the seizure scene and it's hard to find even that in decent quality; the other reason that episode was banned was for the use of guns; rockets and (it may have been another episode) something to do with Ash's dialogue; I remember several lost episodes involve guns and bikini clad/fan service way back before pokemon was purely a kids show

The only reason ESP was banned was for that seizure scene. The other reasons were for other episodes.

I've seen it on YouTube some time ago. The person that had it on YouTube got it deleted though.
