Title: Time to go to Cephal Ocean!
Description: Here we go!

The Pokemon Master - July 31, 2007 04:31 PM (GMT)
I had decided to take a boat through Cephal Ocean. This would be the start of my adventure. I sent out my Turtwig and asked, "Are you ready?". It simply replied, "Turtwig!". We got on the boat and sailed a little bit, then I saw ripples in the water....

[OOC: Can someone update my stuff from the Promo?]

Fire Starter - August 4, 2007 01:39 PM (GMT)
Luvdisc attacked! nice for a first battle partner. Could be interesting :) It didnt attack right off though it waited for you!

(yes I will get to it but it will have to wait. I am updating everyone's journies right now.)

The Pokemon Master - August 4, 2007 10:15 PM (GMT)
[OOC: Thanks for replying, though the reason I came was for a Mudkip, but I'll find someone to trade with]

"Alright, Turtwig, use Razor Leaf, so we can get it's health down, then use Withdraw!" Turtwig simply replied with "Turtwig!"...

Tenshi - August 5, 2007 03:08 PM (GMT)
Turtwig stood on the edge of the boat and let out of fury of leaves at the Luvdisc. The Attack was very effective as Grass is good against Water. The Luvdisc looked at Turtwig and blew bubbles out of it's mouth - BubbleBeam. Turtwig suddenly used Withdraw and hid within it's shell. The Bubbles gently popped against Turtwigs shell, it was not that effective but still did some damage.

The Pokemon Master - August 5, 2007 11:05 PM (GMT)
Nice, Turtwig! You're doing great! *Looks at Turtwig's attacks*
Hm... Use Bullet Seed, then Withdraw again!

Tenshi - August 6, 2007 08:38 AM (GMT)
Turtwig yet again stood on the edge of the boat, but this time a little closer, you were scared in case he fell off. "Wig!" Turtwig shouted before using Bullet Seed, the seeds smacked into the Luvdisc, doing some good damge, though two of the seeds missed the Luvdisc, Turtwig was doing fine. Luvdisc used Water Gun, this time it managed to hit Turtwig before he used withdraw, the damage was not that effective.

The Pokemon Master - August 6, 2007 03:56 PM (GMT)
Alright, Turtwig! We'll use LEAF STORM!!! That should really hurt it! But be careful not to K.O. it, okay? We could use a partner!

Magmabuzz - August 6, 2007 04:23 PM (GMT)
Turtwig unleashes a barrage of leaves, slamming into Ludvisc for some super effective damage and nearly fainting it! Turtwig's Special Attack drops two stages from the attack, though. Ludvisc unleashes another Waqter Gun, doing some poor damage to Turtwig.

The Pokemon Master - August 6, 2007 04:26 PM (GMT)
"Turtwig, you can come back over here!" I yelled. "You did great! Now it's time to capture! Go, Pokeball!"
[OOC: If I catch Luvdisc, can somebody update it and the Mudkip, Masterball, and Rare Candies to my Profile?]

Hawkstorm - August 6, 2007 04:43 PM (GMT)
The ball wobbled a few times on the deck of the boat, before coming to a stop with a ping. Congratulations! The level 4 :female: luvdisc was captured :) Would you like to give it a nickname?

(OOC: Sure, of course I can :P )

The Pokemon Master - August 6, 2007 04:45 PM (GMT)
Whoohoo! First Catch! I will not nickname it. I can't wait to see what I find/battle next...
[OOC: Thanks. I'll go update my siggy.]

Hawkstorm - August 7, 2007 06:48 PM (GMT)
(No problem x3)

As you sat on the boat, a girl your age wandered from the cabins.
"Oh." she said, looking at you. "I didn't think anyone was out here... Well, since we're here, wanna battle?"

The Pokemon Master - August 7, 2007 06:58 PM (GMT)
Well, I've got nothing better to do. I'll go ahead and battle. Alright, Mudkip, you'll be the star of the show!

Silverpelt - August 8, 2007 02:06 AM (GMT)
"Alright." The girl said, somewhat determinedly. "Go, Glameow!" The girl sent the Red-and-White Pokeball flying into the air, and a Glameow brust out of it. It looked at you with the same determination as it's trainer.
"Glameow, Fury Swipes!" The girl ordered, and the Glameow nodded and sent a fury of claws at your Mudkip, doing good damage. The last blow sent Mudkip flying back, and it ended up at your feet.

The Pokemon Master - August 8, 2007 02:41 AM (GMT)
Mudkip, I know you can do it! Let's show it your Hydro Pump! Then I want you to use Protect, and you'll have a great start there!

Hawkstorm - August 9, 2007 12:30 AM (GMT)
Mudkip let out a large blast of water, well large for it's Size. However luck was on your side, when Glameow was drenched at the girl's feet.

"Come on, Glameow! Use Shadow Claw!" she said, and Glameow rushed forward with it's claw covered in a black veil. However it was stopped by the invisible force of Protect.

The Pokemon Master - August 9, 2007 12:36 AM (GMT)
Alright Mudkip, you're doing good! Now, try and take this atack, then retaliate with Counter!

Hawkstorm - August 9, 2007 07:49 PM (GMT)
Mudkip braced itself, and Glameow blinked.

"Glameow, use Shadow Ball!" the trainer said, and Glameow nodded with a wide grin. It focued the energy, and shot it at a lightning pace. Mudkip's counter wouldn't work here, though, because it wasn't a physical attack! =o

Mudkip took a decent amount of damage, and it recovered quickly.

The Pokemon Master - August 9, 2007 08:44 PM (GMT)
Grrrr!!!! Mudkip, time to get ANGRY!!! It's time to use Rock Slide! Then, ride one of the rocks and use Surf!! We're gonna win this!!
Oh, no! What've I done! A small wooden boat isn't gonna be able to withstand Huge rocks! Mudkip, change of plan! I want you to focus those two attacks on knocking Glameow off of the boat!! At least I can swim if it destroys the boat!

CodeRed - August 11, 2007 03:45 AM (GMT)
Mudkip stared at you and nodded. Mudkip then used Rock Slide, of course, wrecking the boat. Then, followed up with Surf. Which turned into a wave full of boulders, which made the trainer and Glameow go underwater. After about 5 seconds, they don't surface. The trainer and Glameow may die if you don't do something!

The Pokemon Master - August 11, 2007 04:18 AM (GMT)
D'oh!! Why'd I know this was gonna happen?!?! Best thing to do is stop talking to myself and get them. Luckily I'm an experienced swimmer. Aw, man, none of my Pokemon can use Dive!!!! Well, here I go. I hold my breath and go underwater. Hopefully, I can find them in time....

Magmabuzz - August 15, 2007 03:49 AM (GMT)
Closing your eyes and simply grasping around in the water, you manage to grab hold of an arm. You swiftly make your way up to the surface, your lungs on fire. Finally you reach the surface and notice that you're hanging onto the girl's arm. In her other arm lay an unconscious Glameow. Mudkip swims to the other side of the girl to help hold her up while you hear a siren in the distance. A boat with a familiar medical sign on it's sides rushes towards you, stopping feet from you. "Are you guys allright?" Upon seeing the unconscious pair, the two men reach down and pull the girl and her pokemon up onto the boat. A Nurse Joy rushes over and takes care of the Glameow, while one man lifts you out of the water. You grab onto Mudkip and pull him up with you.

The Pokemon Master - August 15, 2007 06:07 PM (GMT)
Gasping, I said "Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks. Hey, are there any Potions here? I think my Mudkip needs one." Then I looked over at my Mudkip. "Mudkip?" I said. "Why can't you learn Dive? Hey, what's that in the water?"...

Hawkstorm - August 16, 2007 10:52 PM (GMT)
It looked like... a potion!

Oh wait, it wasn't one.. It was a Carvhana with a painting of a Potion on it's fin! Err... Wierd O.o

Anyway, it didn't look too pleased that the ship had been destroyed on it's territory, and it also didn't look happy at the fact that it had paint on it's back. It jumped out of the water, and nearly chomped your hair off!

The Pokemon Master - August 17, 2007 02:30 AM (GMT)
Weird..... HEY!! Don't bite my head off! Go, Turtwig! I need you to use the common plan! Use Razor Leaf, then Withdraw! Only my Turtwig gets to clamp onto my head!!

JayLv99 - August 18, 2007 03:56 AM (GMT)
The technique was sound, and Carvanha's use of Water Gun didn't do a whole lot of damage. You decided to...

The Pokemon Master - August 18, 2007 03:18 PM (GMT)
Alright, Turtwig! I need you to try and take this atack then use Solar Beam!! You have strong defense and Special Defense! You can take it!

Hawkstorm - August 21, 2007 10:47 PM (GMT)
Turtwig charged up the solar energy, and Carvanha took it's chance. It used Ice Fang, doing major damage to the grass type, before jumping into the water and dodging the Solarbeam. Guess that was all for nothing x.x

The Pokemon Master - August 23, 2007 10:03 PM (GMT)
Darn Carvanha's trying to make a fool out of Turtwig! You've been enough trouble! I'll use a :potion: on Turtwig and, I'll probably kick myself for this, but I'll use a :masterball: on Carvanha!

[OOC: Can this end soon?]

Alma Altars - August 25, 2007 05:37 AM (GMT)
CarvanHA (:XD:) was caught! (I'll update) You finally got to continue on the boat with the doctors who were helping the girl and her Pokemon. You asked if she and Glameow would be okay and they answered "Definetly. You can go ahead and take our smaller boat if you want and be on your way." You nodded and did as they suggested.

As your boat continued out to sea you lost sight of the boat and found a Psyduck floating in the water on its back.

PokéSonic - August 25, 2007 05:38 AM (GMT)
Okay! Turtwig, I need you to use Leaf Storm while Psyduck is not Looking! We might get another partner!

Tenshi - August 25, 2007 06:17 PM (GMT)
Turtwig nodded and stepped onto the side of the boat and watched the Psyduck floating around like an old plank of wood. Your Pokémon soon used Leaf Storm causing a huge amount of leaves to fall down and cut the Psyduck, it obviously cut a few HP off Psyduck though it didn't do anything but carry on floating.

PokéSonic - August 27, 2007 03:44 PM (GMT)
*Eyes Twitching* D-d-d-ddarn you, Psyduck. I'll have to use Solarbeam!! So Turtwig, try and charge quickly!

W.T. - August 28, 2007 03:48 PM (GMT)
Psyduck was making a courageous attempt to get on your nerves. He didn't give a darn about what you, yourself, would inflict on him, but he just wanted to bog you down so that he could block you from passing. He walked up to your Turtwig and spit out an intensifying Toxic. Turtwig became badly poisoned.

Luckily, there was not enough time for the poison to progress to the grim stages. Turtwig was able to launch a powerful Solarbeam into the yellow webbed-foot Pokémon's face. KA-BLAM!!! Critical hit! Psyduck was sent high into the fog that hovered over your boat, and yelled "Duuuuuuuck!" as he did so. Then, twisting and twirling down in a most unusual fashion, he landed on the small rocky island directly across from your boat. Looks like he's high and dry... at least for the time being. Your Turtwig gained a level.

And so, you sail past the island. The sun, hardly visible behind the fog, is now changing from white to yellow... looks like it's setting. "Sailing off into the sunset" was never really your idea of completing a route. And, as you realize right after you encounter the next island, it won't be. Zakariah, a triathlete clad in a wetsuit, sees you sailing hardly six inches from the dry land. In the style of a long jump, he hops onto your boat deck.

"Two-on-two challenge!" Zak demands. "Snorunt and Marshtomp, come on out!"

PokéSonic - August 28, 2007 04:05 PM (GMT)
"Alright. Lets go. Mudkip, I need your help here! Come on out! Turtwig, would you be able to battle?" I looked at my Turtwig as he nodded and said "Turtwig!". "Alright, Turtwig, let's hope this Poison doesn't get to you while we battle! Mudkip, I need you to use Dig on Snorunt so you can deal heavy damage, and Turtwig, I need you to use Giga Drain on Marshtomp so we can heal!! We'll have a great start here with SuperEffective Attacks!"

Alma Altars - August 31, 2007 03:32 AM (GMT)
Snorunt and Marshtomp took some massive damage, giving you the advantage. The trainer grunted. "You won't be beating me any time soon! Snorunt! Marshtomp! Ice Beam and Mud Shot! Go!" The attacks flew toward your Pokemon quickly. What would you do?!

PokéSonic - August 31, 2007 04:40 PM (GMT)
"Alright, quickly!! I need Turtwig to use Withdraw while Mudkip uses Surf!!" I watched as they performed their moves, and hopefully, this plan would be a success.

Angie - September 3, 2007 06:46 PM (GMT)
Turtwig used the attack, which deflected the Ice Beam successfully.(Lucky, it's supposed to be 100% accuracy. ;X) The mud shot attack hit your Mudkip, but it just lowered it's speed. Your Mudkip used Surf, causing both opposing Pokemon damage.

PokéSonic - September 3, 2007 08:23 PM (GMT)
"Alright, you two are doing great!" I yelled to my Pokemon, watching their success. "Now, Turtwig! I need you and Mudkip to do a Combo move!! Turtwig, charge up the biggest Solarbea you can get, and Mudkip, I need you to use Protect on both of you while Solarbeam charges up!" My Pokemon both nodded at me and on a final note ,I said, "Turtwig! This needs to be big enough to hit both of them!". I watched my Pokemon perform their moves...

drawring of a key - September 6, 2007 03:27 AM (GMT)
Protect is successful, this turn. It deflects the trainer's Pokemon's attacks, sending them to crash against a nearby boulder. Turtwig's charging as hard as it can for its Solarbeam attack next turn. What an exciting post... :sweatdrop:
