Use this instead:

and
[url=journeyURL]My Journey[/url] |
Replace the Profile and Journey URL.

Nonono...
I would have put your profile and journey URL in the code, but it was too long for that particular box.
You need to get the URL from your own journey and profile and replace the words: "profileurl" & "journeyurl" in that code..
