I noticed these topic on other forums, and I actually entered one of these tournaments :P

Gamestop is holding a 1-day only tournament this Saturday for PBR. The Requirements? You only have to own Pokemon Diamond or Pearl! =D The winner receives a copy of PBR (1 winner at each store) and they also get a TShirt (Supposedly) 2nd Place also gets a T-Shirt, and anyone else who goes gets a special gift (Heard it was a bookmark, but not 100% confirmed x3)

Soooo Is anyone going to find out about/join this? You can get information about it by calling your local Gamestop or going to their website. ;)

i heard teh Gift was a Bookmark, but I hope it's a downloadable pokemon or something x3 Someone said even a Bidoof was better than a Bookmark, as it would be a special event pokemon xD

ok.......but it would be the best if we did get event pokemon! a huge event like that has a good chance of it happening considering there is so little events going on

Maybe it's a Shiny Pokemon or something! :o I hope it is a pokemon though, or something better than a BOOKMARK for crying out loud (Although I would appreciate a bookmark because using anything else in Harry Potter 7 would be like... Sinful :P )

that is very much true...i have to share my book with my mom! oh well...but a shiny pokemon would be good too........i have never gotten one besides that special gyrados in g/s but i have only gotten a jirachi as an event pokemon and then i lost it :(

Made it to fourth place at my Gamestop, but I hope that clears up the prize question.

Was there a Level 50 limit? Cause i'm a weak trainer that depends on cheats.

Honestly, my Gamestop had no idea what they were doing.

Battles were.
Set Lv. 50 ALL
Double Battles
4 Pokemon use in battle
No pokemon #490-493 allowed

Rules vary from Gamestop to Gamestop, but the standard seem to be Lv. 50 and no Arceus, Darkrai or Shaymin allowed.

They really didn't care about my Celebi that I caught in a Cherish Ball at a random location. Eitherway, PBR picks up whether a pokemon has hacked stats, abilities, moves, etc cause we had a few bad Eggs.
