Hooray! The 2007 Promo is here! For those who are unfamiliar, the 2007 Promo stays open for all of 2007. Each person may only get this promo once during 2007, so take your time and be sure to make the best choice for you.

This year's promo is... anything! Well, almost anything. You may choose any baby or basic (unevolved) Pokemon that is not legendary. It will be level 10. You may also choose the gender, if that particular Pokemon has a gender. Basic/baby Pokemon from the Neodex are also allowed. The Pokemon you choose will not be shiny or any other special color, so you could not get things like an Orange Dratini or Team Rocket Skitty.

Babies evolve into basic Pokemon. So Pikachu is a basic Pokemon while Pichu is a baby Pokemon. Unevolved Pokemon that have no baby form, such as Charmander, are also called basic.

Update: This Wikipedia article can tell you which Pokemon are legendary, and therefore, not allowed to be chosen for this promo. Scroll to the bottom.

Part 2: You may also choose one item that we use in this RPG. If you need a certain item or stone to evolve one of your Pokemon, this is a good way to get it. Do not ask for a TM or HM, because those items do not exist in this RPG. Your Pokemon can already use any TM or HM move. Yes, you can ask for a rare item like a masterball.
Crystal Orb and Mystical Muffin cannot be chosen.
Choose your item wisely, because you only get one.

Part 3: Seven rare candies. Yep, self-explanatory.

In summary, each person gets one Pokemon, one item, and 7 rare candies. This promo closes December 31, so take your time and choose wisely, because if you change your mind later, too bad. :P

I'll take a male Tangela, a Dusk Stone, and the 7 rare candies. By the way, how do pokemon like Tangela, Piloswine, etc... evolve? Normally, they level up with Ancient Power, but they allready have access to that move.
