is there a site that actually tells what pkmn in d/p that help with ev training?
or someone that knows what pkmn are for which values?

now there are a load of better sites out there ^.^ for ev training at least. But this is a good start :) and I cant think of anything else at the moment x-x.

i tried serebii, it give no info for d/p
i like practially live there XD
but, if anyone finds a good site PM ME XD

Go into the d/p pokedex and scroll down the page.. Right under the 'Key' box is the thing with the Ev values for d/p pokemon...

Are you looking for pokemon to use for EV Training? Here's a nice list of easy to find Pokemon:

HP: Bidoof (Route between Twinleaf and Sandgem)
Speed: Starly (Same as Bidoof)
Attack: Machop (Above Oreburgh)
Defense: Geodude/Onix/Steelix/Graveler (Iron Island) Or Geodude/Hippopotas in the Ruin Maniac's cave
Sp. Atk: Gastly at the Old Chatau
Sp. Def: Tentacool (Everywhere =P)
