fly out of there. if your using action replay and you went to the island. then you have to go through a house door and then you end up at a spot in kanto. ;)

Who cares about where you end up. If you need help on Deoxys factor than talk about that lol. Anyway i don't think there is anyway to get back on that island once you get off. So you are pretty much stuck. I have never been there, so thats just my opinion.Good Luck.
