How can I close a topic?Not just locked,but delete it?

Thats true. Only a mod/admin can do that. Which is good. Because if every member was able to do that... Well, lets just say it would be really bad.

That's correct. Only Mods and Admins have the power to lock/delete topics. And now, seeing as the question is answered, I shall give a demonstration of locking.
