This is "The diary of mewtwo." I got the idea from "The journal of a minun and plusle" or something like that.

Chapter 1-The fouding of the diary
I am a butterfree. I went searching in a cave. A dark cave. I was scared, so I had Beedrill come with me. I got to the end. I saw a book. "Hey beedri-" The next thing I knew, beedrill was on the ground. So was I.
I found a... thing in the cave. I don't think I was in the cave anymore. I saw golden angels all around me. I found I was a spirit. I saw a spirital book. It looked like the one in the cave. I opened it. At least I think I did.
This is my diary. I am mewtwo. I am on a journey in a wierd cave. I am with:
Suicune, Entei and Raiku. It is my birthday. My friends remembered. It's also my twin sister's birthday. Her name is mew. Mom never remembred my birthday. Mom's name is mewthree. Now, she's dead. In this cave My friends dared me to come in & see the end. I did. I slept for 7 days. Suicune is the only one who respects me. He tryed to help me get out of the cave. But I did say he tryed.

I found a passage farther through in the cave. My friends are with me. I found something. It's lab equitment. I broke it and escaped when I was born. I also found a green body floating above me. It's a spirit. It looks like mother. She said to me: I never wanted this. I tried to treat you and your sister fairly. Why did you do this to me? You killed me and now you'll get yourself killed. I think she said it in my mind because Entei didn't look at me, and he hears everything. I knew something was wrong. Very wrong.
Chapter 3.
I loved my mother very much. I killed her on accident. I was very angry. I couldn't keep a hold on myself. We're in the back of the cave. What-- no. NO!. Raiku is gone! We're goners! GONERS!!!

Chapter5--Raiku's searching--Part1
I'm tired of waiting. I want raiku. I hear politoad packs have been stealing pokemon. But raiku would've killed them. He'd do anything to get back to his brothers. We left the cave and searched around it. We couldn't see him. Entei tried to here him. He couldn't. Suicune tried using teleport all over the forest. No luck. We won't stop. Not until we see him. Not until he's breathin' down our necks. We will NOT stop. Ever.
Chapter5--Raiku's searching--Part2
I call. Loudly. I heard a scream. It sounded like Aggron. He could've captured Raiku! I walk down the forest. Entei comes to. We see Raiku and Aggron! I throw a rope. I have Raiku. Aggron attacks. I run. Fast. Very fast! We're back safe. We celebrate by watching a rainbow.
