Technically, it's water gun, bubble beam, and surf because of the TM's and HM's.
Edit: I forgot to add the two new HM's... What were they now... Waterfall and Dive maybe? Something close to those. I think it can learn those too...

Ooooh hard... I guess I'll just have to try harder than, right? Hmmmm... Well, there are different ones in different games, so we'll just name them all then. For Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Sapphire, and Ruby - Tackle, Tail Whip, Helping Hand, Quick Attack are the normal ones, but as an egg it can learn Charm, Flail, Endure, Tickel, and Wish.
The tutor moves in Fire Red and Leaf Green - Body Slam, Double-Edge, Mimic, and Substitute.
The TM/HM moves in Sapphire/Ruby and Fire Red/Leaf Green - Roar, Hidden Power, Hyper Beam, Protect, Double Team, Attract, and Flash.
Wow, that was a lot of moves... I hope that was right, I spent a bunch of time finding that...
