Well,I never had a Deoxys so I can't tell for sure,but mew expect of strong is really cute!

no way it couldnt be mew
mew can learn every TM and HM (but not blast burn hydro cannon and frenzyplant) and has high in every stat
so mew is the best

Deoxys isn't really that strong (or cute!) In my opinion.
