You may remember that some time ago, Dragonair's Den switched from a .com to a .net address. The .com address is officially disabled now. It might continue to work until it actually expires, but I would recommend changing any old .com links in your signatures or wherever to the .net address.
As most of you know, the RPG was scheduled to reopen on December 17. I know this news will disappoint many members, but I have decided not to reopen the RPG at all. I simply don't have the time and interest required to be truly dedicated to running a Pokemon RPG and doing it well. This was not an easy decision to make, but I think it's what's best for everyone.
However, this does not mean that I'm leaving or that Dragonair's Den or Umbreon's Ghost Tower will be closing. The two sites will remain open as discussion forums. There will be some things added to them. I can't really be much more detailed about it than that at this point.
The RPG section will not be deleted. It would seem almost sacreligious to do so. It will simply be disabled. Some of the other forums may be emptied and/or deleted.
Due to this major change, all of our affiliates (except the ones I've already had discussions with) will be removed. I do not plan to accept new affiliates right away.

Many people have asked when/if the RPG is coming back. The answer is: I don't know. I do hope to reopen it sometime in the future when I'm better able to run it, but I can't say for sure when or if that will happen.
Also, there has been a problem with Umbreon's Ghost Tower's domain, which I am looking into. For now, you can use this address to access it:

Invisionfree (our host) is apparently still working to restore things from server 1's crash last month. So we'll see how that goes. :sweatdrop:

New registrations are currently disabled. This is not forever, though. I will make another announcement when the change is made. This was done to help cut down on spamming and inappropriate posts by members who join just for that purpose.
So if you want to join Dragonair's Den, sorry, but you'll have to wait a short time longer. Good things come to those who wait. :)
Also, I thought there was an announcement about this earlier, but apparently not. Thank you very much to Fire Starter for making this smiley for us! :P It greatly annoyed me that there wasn't one of those in the set. But now there is, so hooray!
If anyone's wondering about the ads... yep, I know they're there. It costs money to remove them, and I'm saving up money for other stuff currently. Darn real life stuff getting in the way. :XD:

So it's the same thing, except that now it has a colon before it and a colon after it, similar to the Pokemon emoticons.
