Jennifer was walking in a line to lunch. Today was her first day. At this school anyways. At her old school, people would always be out of line, but not here. No one ever strayed from the multicolored tiles on the edges of the hallway. She was bored in the lunch line, so she tried to get her new friend Annie. "Hey, Annie, what are you eating?" Annie couldn't hear her, obviously. She walked forward, closer to Annie. She was still too far away. She stepped out of line to catch up to her. Suddenly, her feet wouldn't move. The tiled floor felt like mush. She was sinking, slowly.
As the tarlike tiles reached her knees, she thought, Is this why no one ever stepped out of line? 10 grueling minutes, the substance was up to her mouth, she spluttered a call for help. No one heard her. Finally, her head went completely under. Everyone had forgotten she ever existed.

See why you don't step out of line now? XD Well, whaddya think?
