I am sick and tired of people who tell others false rumours about legendaries and rare items like :celebi: and eon ticket. Honestly some of these people who tell ridiculous stories like these ought to beaten. Here are some i've heard so far most of them at school some are on the net.

Beat the elite four twelve times and go to cerulean cave and :mew: should be there instead of mewtwo.
That one is false: ive done it and so has Latios999.
Catch :mew: they same way you do in B/R/Y in FR and LG
Same as before a friend did it.(He's not on DD)

:lugia:
beat elite four once and if you have the 151 pokemon of kanto in your dex oak will give you a location where lugia is.
Seriously google does not have pictures of it.

Eon Ticket
Catch :latios:/:latias: and they will be holding it.
That is false the eon pokemon can't hold key items.

:celebi:
Celebi can be found on mirage island in the middle.
All screenshots of mirage island do not have a celebi in the middle.

:jirachi:
At 100 hrs of playing jirachi will appear at mossdeep space centre.
tried that: didn't work.

the Jirachi one is fale but I know a way to to get jirachi, that is proven to be true I can even show you snap shots

I'm actually pretty good at INVENTING Farfetch'd (good pun, eh?) rumors. For example, this one:

Level 999's.
Beat the Elite Four 999 times, beat each of the Battle Frontier locations 9 times without stopping, and beat 999 trainers. Go to RusTurf Tunnel and you will see a wild Level 999 :whismur:.

Can you prove it??? <_<

Well now here's how you catch them. People already may know this(serebii.net) but i've nothing else to do:

Emerald version(English)
:mew:
Aquire the Old Sea Chart and go to farway Island

:celebi:
There is no official way to catch celebi in emerald but people are talking about a hex event, route 123 and catching it in Petalburg woods(i think the last 1 is fake)

:deoxys:
Aquire the Aurora Ticket and head for Birth Island

:latios:/:latias:
catch one randomly in the wild, get the eon ticket and go to Southern Island

:lugia:/:hooh:
Aquire the Mystic Ticket and go to Navel Rock, :lugia: at the bottom, :hooh: at the top.

:jirachi:
get the pre-ordered version of Colloseum with the bonus disc and trade to Emerald/sapphire/ruby

Crystal Version :celebi:
I don't know about if its true but here it is. Get GS ball with gameshark code and talk to Kurt. he will tell you to go to Ilex Forest(whatever that is I don't remeber a forest in Crystal but i haven't played it for 2 years) Put the GS ball in the Ilex Forest shrine(if it exists) and :celebi: will come.

Theresno possible way you can catch both latias and latios unless you catch latios or latias then recive the eon ticket then go to the island and you will see the other one.

Jirachi:
- Get the Bonus Disk from Pokemon Colosseum by pre-ordering.
- Get the Europe Pokemon Channel and beat the game.
- Cheat device like AR.

Deoxys:
- Get the Aurora Ticket from Nintendo events.
- Cheat device like AR.

Lugia and Ho-Oh:
- Capture Dark Lugia in Pokemon XD, beat Mt. Battle in Pokemon Colosseum Battle Mode for Ho-Oh.
- Get the Mystic Ticket from Nintendo Events.
- Cheat device like AR.

Latias and Latios:
- Capture them in the wild or trade.
- Get the Eon Ticket from Nintendo Events and sail to Southern Island.
- Cheat device like AR.

Mew:
- Get the Old Sea Chart from Nintendo Events and sail to World's Edge Island. Emerald only.
- Cheat device like AR.

Celebi:
- Get the Japanese Bonus Disk, purify all 48 Shadow Pokemon in Pokemon Colosseum.
- Cheat device like AR.

Yeah...this kind of stuff is exactly the reason that I got my AR in the first place. Well, that and breeding purposes (shinies and whatnot).

You should be able get celebi from ilex forest once you get the GS ball from kurt (by useing these two gameshark codes: 1.Give GS Ball to Kurt 014089DA
2.Get GS Ball from Kurt 01C089DA )
I used these two cheats before and they did work, but, I can't get it to work know.
but you should give it a try. just go to azala town and talk to kurt his house is on the right side of the pokecenter he usually makes pokeballs with apricorns. when you enter one of the above codes (I don't know which one) kurt will out side his house and say something about the forest and you will have to take the GS ball to the forest shrine. when you put the GS ball into the shrine celebi will appere. celebi will be at Lv. 50
if the codes don't work I'm sorry i don't know what eles to try.

Anyway, I think that Celebi thing is correct. I've never tried it, as I refuse to use gamesharks on my pokemon games. (I do use glitches though XDD)

Yes,that's how you get Celebi in crystal,I tried it in a rom using gameshark.But into the version,how do you get the GS BALL? There never nitendo events in greece,but last year,because of the 10 year's of pokemon,we had something like a event.Actually,we had to choose between 10 pokemon: :charizard: :entei: :hooh: :pikachu: :latias: :latios: :lugia: :raikou: :suicune: :articuno: But no tickets. Sadly,I don't think that they will ever come in small countries : (
