Title: Halloween Promo

Ok for Halloween there will be promo. How it works is you post saying you want in and I add you to a list. I will add some pieces of paper into a hat with the names of pokémon on them and draw them on Halloween and you'll get whatever I pull. Sign-ups are from now to Halloween. (So you have about a week to sign-up)
The pokémon you may get is one of the ghost types or murkrow...
Oh and Im taking this idea from Joan :), One lucky person will get a shiny.
