go to the parts shop again. Talk to the grandpa to be able to ride the Robo
Kyogre! You'll get an E-mail from Krane as you exit the parts shop asking to
see him at the Pokemon HQ Lab. Do so, and obtain the Master Ball. Don't use it
on an easy-to-catch Shadow Pokemon! Gateon Port will now also sell Max Potions
and Full Restores.

When all is done, ride the Shadow Kyogre to Citadark Isle. Dun dun dun!
